SITSPMON and VMC - documentation needed

We are experimenting big troubles about SRM performances.

The Shopping Cart suddendly become very slow and the system starts to says ' java error appication'.

Often timeouts occurs.

We enlarged the parameters but the problems still persist.

Someone can provide me the SITSPMON documentation ? I would like to monitorize the status of the internal ITS

I need also to know how to monitorize-administer the VMC.

In SM53 or SM52 I see the configuration but I cannot interpret it.
