Hi,
I have installed solution manager 4.0 and i am in the process of configuring SERVICE DESK, EWA etc.
Zfor this i want to create trusted RFC connection to saterlight system.I have created trusted RFC connection but i can log on to the remote system.
when i click on to remote log in button it says "No authorization to log on as trusted system"
i want this trusted connection for my solman configuration (SMSY)
What is the solution for that.
Pls help.

I have a question not authorization object in my solution manager S_RFCACL Should you indicate to Note? either have to create it manually

Please look wether there is authorization for the user you mentioned in TRUSTED RFC in the target system

for this, at Windows domain level, you have to establish trust relationship between these two systems.
Otherwise, just use simple userid/password.
