2004s Upgrade - Stuck in PREPARE step Installation" creating shadow user

Greetings Sappers,

Hoping someone can help me out of this bind - I'm stuck however in the Installation Section of Prepare - at execution of script /usr/sap/put/bin/crshdusr.sql

What account is the accessing the Oracle DB? Everything appears

fine - start/stop sap works. R3trans -dw comes back clean - ) return

code.

First indication of an error.

Resolved - Manually added the shadow user
