Prashanth,
Did u get my point?
Let me explain,
Lets say I send an Idoc COSMAS01 from XXX (SID of sender r/3) to XI. Then the IDXNOALE - table is populated automatically with a record corresponding to COSMAS and port SAPXXX, clinet XYZ, which technically means that acknowledgement is disabled for the message type COSMAS
I did not understand y this is done automatically?
BTW, I have seen the documation already and that did not help.
Could u please try to explain what is happening.
One thing is for sure, IDX_NOALE report is executed. I dont how and why and when?
-Naveen.
Hi,
The IDXNOALE table is not populated with a record each time an idoc is sent.
This table exist to restrict acks for particular idocs.
For example, if I donot want an ack for say MATMAS idoc, I go to this table and make an entry, with Client,Port and MType, which will disable acks.
By default, acks are enabled.
Regards,
Smitha.
From one on the newest Service Pack the IDXNOALE is populated automatically, but with the report IDX_NOALE you can further define if require or not acknowledgement, and the user entry will be not modified automatically any more (al least
The IDXNOALE has these fields:
PORT
CLIENT
MESTYP
NEG
TYPE
So, automatically SAP manage the KEY of the table:
PORT
CLIENT
MESTYP
and manually the user with the report IDX_NOALE maintein the fields:
NEG
TYPE

Sandro
