Global SLD Setup

We have PI7.0 installation and have 2 local SLDs ( Dev, QA ). We like to setup one SLD (Global ) and remove Local SLDs. Since already SLDs are setup how to move contents from these local SLDs to Global SLD and disconnect local SLDs?. Does nyone give us steps needs to be followed to setup and configure single global SLD from existing local SLDs ?
