Hi, this may seem like a repeated post but after looking at the prior 'best practices' questions and answers it is slightly different. Does anyone know of a published SAP MDM best practices document? I just learned today that the powers that be in our shop have decided to purchase this solution. It is now up to me to learn about it and set it up. So I'm hoping to find a nice stable honest document about real world MDM and how it's best used, configured and implemented to give us a nice flexible base to build on in the future. I apologise if this seems redundant.
