Internal Error when we approve the shopping cart

Hi SRM gurus,

The following error for us is coming in the quality client though the same doesnt arise in the development server while we APPROVE THE SHOPPING CART FROM THE MANAGERS LOGIN.

Can anyone suggest that what might be the cause ?.

Hello , error TH_RES_FREE is issued when an error message is being processed , see note 568528.

I suggest you call transaction bbpsc07, it should display the message without generating a short dump.
