Hi all,
I am doing an XI configuration with the following scenario.
Client 001 is the XI Integration Server and 2 other clients should get used to exchange messages (RFCs etc.).
In the configuration guide it's not really clear, if the queues (trx SXMB_ADMIN) are client dependent (does each client need these queues).
Are there other things that have to be configured or activated for each client when everything is one SAP system?
Thanks!
Dear Chris,
probably one of the solution.
In central IE, we will have
for EO : XBTO/I, if you go to SXMB_ADM->Manage queues you will find entry only for Inbound/outbiund/ACK/large mesage queues,Sender/receiver will not be registered here.
When you login to other client, you need to register & activate sender /receiver queues with XBTS/R to work properly.probably you can ask you basis team to do that part, after that you can you them.

It depends from your version of XI <a href="http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw2004s/helpdata/en/47/eaae42edc6b211e10000000a155106/frameset.htm">Release notes</a>
Anyway, you have to manitein the <a href="http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw2004s/helpdata/en/d0/c90f41026df223e10000000a155106/content.htm">Configuring the Role of the Server</a> in each client, specifying the role of Integration Server just for the XI client.

Sandro

I donot think so they are client depandant.
