I would recommend to use proxies if the was >=6.20 and data volumes are lage.

idocs if standard is available and data volume i not very high.

rfc if the business logic is very simple.

Hi,

There are business package available for the standard SRM and XI integration. For this you can download from the service market place and you can make use of the standard SAP delivered objects.

Most of the time senario involves Idoc/RFC and Proxy here

Some of the docs from SAP service market place are-

go to https://websmp101.sap-ag.de/ibc -

>mySAP SRM-->and search

Hi Alexander,

In case you do not find reusable scenarios for your requirement I would probalby start thinking about IDOC to IDOC scenarios for Standard objects/IDocs and Proxy scenarios for custom objects.

Hi Alexander,

SAP deliver a lot of XI contents for SRM.

For this have a look at service.sap.com/xi --> Business content --> SAP XI Content --> XI content delivered by SAP --> mySAP SRM.

There you can find if your scenario is already implemented and delivered with XI.

Hope it helps,

Kind Regards,

Sergio
