hi experts,

iam developing file to idoc, i need to give the following information in connection data from sap system.

System

client

message server

group

how can i find out these values,i got sap system but i dont know what is the message server and group values.

can anybody help me for this.

Most of them in SAPLOGON Pad.

Or: Menu --> System -> Status

Just leave the message server and group values blank.

That should be ok.

Double click the SWCV, choose the radio button, import of SAP objects permitted.

You will be asked to enter

System : <R/3 system name> you want to import objects from eg. IDES

Client <client number> eg 100

In your name space, you will get a new tab called "Imported objects".

Right click on RFC or IDOC and choose "import of SAP objects"

You will be asked to enter

Appln server : <IP address of the R/3 sytem>

System number : <system number of R/3> find it from SAP logon pad

User name:

Pwd:

Here msg server and group are optional. You can leave them blank.
