one time vendor

Hi,

Whether one time vendors can be handled in SRM 5.0 as on 1st nov'2006 , for Adhoc payments .... Please share the lattest developments , if this is used in any of the proejcts.....

Hi,

One time vendor are not available in standard SRm.

However, maybe some people did develop some developments...

I can't see any problem if you have a DUMMY vendor in SRM and raising the POs against that vendor. Same PO will be transferred to ECC as well.

Yes Ravi , I agree . We can have one time vendor . we can place PO and we can make the payment in SRM . But my requirement is to make the payment to vendor w/o reference to PO ie . adhoc payment , which is possible in ECC .

Mani,

You can use a DUMMY vendor for "One time" vendors and can raise the POs against that single vendor.

Please assign points for ans as applicable.
