Hi SRM gurus,
Can anybody suggest us for the following error for SRM 5.0 decoupled scenario.
1) When we try to create a shopping cart from our development server and in step 3 when we click "Add to Shopping Cart " a popup shootsup which asks for the "Controlling Area".
2) When we give controlling area it goes in and creates a shopping cart. But that shopping cart is not visible in the webportal where in "Check status" this number is skipped. The steps followed in SAPGUI are :
BBPSC02,
Describe Requirements,
Add to Shopping cart,
Give controlling area,
Continue,
Complete and Order &
Shopping cart.
The same requirement doesnt arise in the sandbox client.
May I know what could be the reason for the same from any of the experts from this forum.
