hi,
I have installed Netweaver studio 7.0.08,
Here many of the ui elements(conyextual pannel ,print button.....) present in 7.0.06 is missing.
how can i get these ui elements.

It's the other way round! There are some UI elements, that have been visible in SPS7 by accident, for example the PrintButton. ContextualPanel is part of the Pattern library which was internal but is released for customers since SP09.
