Smart Forms in QM

Hi all,

Are there any Smart Forms delivered by SAP for Quality Management (QM)? Is that need to be downloaded from the best practices CD?

Hi,

Yes SAP provides Smartforms & Scripts for QM and they are of Quality Inspection, Quality Certificates and Qualit Notifications.

Following are the SAP Script names used in QM:

1) QM_QCERT_01 - quality certificate

2) QM_INSP_RESULT - Quality Inspection Analysis Report

3) INSP_INSTRUCTION - Quality Inspection Instructios

4) QM_SAMPLE_LABEL1 - QM Sample Lables

To fins MNore Forms use following navigation: GOto SE71 Tocde and from there Go to Quality Management and drop down where you will get more forms which are used for QM.

I dont have any idea in Qm smartforms but

I suggest you start with transaction SPRO. It is complex, but will give you the information you need.

In this case, do the following:

1) Run transaction SPRO

2) Press button "SAP Reference IMG"

3) navigate list as follows

SAP Customizing Implementation Guide

-> Quality Management

--> Quality Notifications

---> Notification Processing

-

---

> Print Control

-

---

> Define Shop Papers, Forms, Print Programs

4) This screen will show you if SAPscript or Smart Forms are used and which programs are used to drive them.

The details will vary by R/3 implementation, but this is where to look.

In general, exploring SPRO will get you to the code and forms underlying any printed document.

in this u can get scripts which u can migrate later.
