Error in the ICF node

When I attempt to test the WebDynpro WDT_QUIZ I get the following error message in Firefox and Internet Explorer:

Error in the ICF node
To log on, specific ICF nodes must be activated in transaction SICF
Check the following ICF nodes, as described in note 517484:
/sap/public/bc
/sap/public/bc/ur

Any ideas how I can fix this issue? I've had a look at the OSS note and the SICF transaction. It seems there isn't a node /sap/public/bc/ur so perhaps this is missing?

Fixed this issue now - the services under <i>sap -> public</i> in transaction SICF were deactivated. I activated them and the WebDynpro is now working correctly.
