BP not getting created in SRM

Hello SRM Experts,

We are integration ECC and SRM via XI.

Now we are implementing PDP (Process Driven Procurement) scenario and are sending CREMAS03 idoc ( that is Vendor) to SRM system.

THe message is showing success in SXMB_MONI in both XI and SRM box.

<u>However no Business Partner is getting created in SRM system(Transaction <b>bp</b>).</u>

Can someone throw any light on this.

A Few more informattion:

SRM side there is an inbound proxy for the inbound interface:

<b>SupplierPortalTradingPartner_CreateOrChange_In</b>

<i>(http://sap.com/xi/SRM/SupplierEnablement)</i>

Implementing Class: <b>CL_BBPX_TRADING_PARTNER_SUS_IN</b>

Proxy Interface: <i>II_BBPX_TRADING_PARTNER_SUS_IN</i>

Hi Himadri,

We have found the problem last night by debugingthe code. The problem is related to the config in spro - SRM - supplier self-service - making setting for business parnter.

We added 'BBP_SUS_BP_REG_CREATION' as the docu object for the emmail and turn off the flag of 'use self registration component'. It then starts creating the vendor in SUS.

That case are you not using self registration at all?

Hi Jason,

In SPRO - settings for Business Partner, Do i need to check for Use External ID for UME? Do i need to mentiond the URL for UME?

We are struggling with supplier self regisration link.

Hello Jason.

So .. we are stuck up there. ..

We queried to SAP .. but they did not get back to us.. Horrible Service...

In case you find a solution please let us know.....

Hi Jason,

You need to configure the User Exit VSV00001 as per the configuration guide.

This will carry your vendor email address....

After that it is failing on SRM side saying that email address can not be validated . We are stuck up at this stage now. So , after configuring user exit you face the same problem then please let us know if you have any solution.

Hello Himadri,

Are you implementing the ECC -> XI -> SRM-SUS scenario ?

If you are implementing ECC -> SRM-EBP, you can use the standard vendor sync program.
