Hi SAP Basis guru`s

I am installing Solution manager 4.0 with oracle 10 on windows 2003.

The stage "Configure Adobe Document Services" i am getting following error.

Pls help me to resolve that problem because i have only two stages to finish my installation.

The error is

ERROR 2006-12-02 08:27:18

CJS-30199 The CTC classes were not found after waiting for 900 seconds.

ERROR 2006-12-02 08:27:18

FCO-00011 The step configADSUSERToGroup with step key |NW_Onehost|ind|ind|ind|ind|0|0|SAP_Software_Features_Configuration|ind|ind|ind|ind|5|0|NW_Usage_Types_Configuration_AS|ind|ind|ind|ind|0|0|NW_CONFIG_ADS|ind|ind|ind|ind|2|0|configADSUSERToGroup was executed with status ERROR .
