Hi,
Are you using a sinle SLD or different SLD's?The Migration activites depend on the same.
There are 2 ways in which migration can be done, using File System or using CMS.
File system and Single SLD
Go to your Integration Repositroy --> Tools --> Export --> Slect the objects to be exported --> And then export it . The objects are saved as a TPZ file in the Export direcoty. The export direcoty can be seen under XI Home page --> Administration --> General Information.
Go to your next server, place the TPZ files in the imprt folder and then Tools --> Import.
For the Integration Directory before you migrate the objects you need to create the tech System and the business system in the SLD and then create the transport taregets and then the process of exporting and importing will be the same, For the Integration Directory, after importing the comm channels details will be needed to be entered manually.

Bhavesh
