I know there are limitation in using EO, EOIO and BE for cross apps and adapters.. do u have a list what are these limitation for Adapters/Corss application wise.
For an example, EO can't used is IDOC's

Adapters that supports Quality of Service-"BEST EFFORT" are Synch
Adapters that supports Quality of Service-"Exactly once(Eo) and Exactly once in order(eoio)" are Synch and async
Only async adapters-file,idoc,jms.
sync& async adapters-Rfc,jdbc,SOAP,HTTP

Best effort is used for Synchronous processing and can't be used with file adapter,u use EO or EOIO for File adapter.
