Deploying on JDI sca

Hi,

I was wondering if it is possible to deploy in the same WAS with dev instance of the portal? or I need to install a new instance of WAS and deploy it on this new WAS?

Hi Edu,

it is no problem to deploy to the WAS at which the NWDI or the Portal is running.

But it is not recommended to deploy applications to the NWDI server. In productive environments you shouldn´t use the NWDI server for other purposes.

Have a look at SAP note #737368 for hardware requirements of the NWDI.
