How to add SNOTE package for snote functionality

Hi all,

In my system, when i execute snote t-code, it says "transation snote does not exist". I think there is a seperate software component for snote functionality.

Can anyone guide me in detail how to get this snote functionality.

Hi Sailesh.

In 4.6C you can't find the SNOTE, because this is seperate Add-on. you need to apply SNOTE addon and then you can use the SNOTE transaction. you need to download the patch from service market place and uncar it from SAINT trasaction code.

you have to go in https://service.sap.com/swdc

then go in "Download" -> "Installations and Upgrades" -> "My Company's Application Components" -> "SAP_NOTES" -> "SAP_NOTES 46C"

download "SAPK-46C12INSAPNOTES"

and install it via SAINT transaction

Perhaps you could be a bit more specific. In order to get the right answer to your question it would be helpful to detail

- the type of SAP system ( ECC 6.0, R/3, BW, for example)

- SAP version (2.2, 3.1h, 4.0, 4.6c for example)

- release level( SR1, SP9, for example)

We need to apply support package SNOTE. Do you know how to do it, as in spam i am not able to import the queue for this package.
