SOAP to RFC(Syn) what are the settings i need to do

Hi All

Pls...tell me what are the setting ar required if making Syns call

from Soap(webservices) to Rfc/Bapi ?

Because i am not clear how this Webservice will make call without adapter?

Pls..explain
