Former Member

Hi,

When I try to get items from a punchout catalog (BugsEye) I'm getting error message "Incomplete items in catalog". I have check SLG1 and ST22 - no failures.

Any hints?

Regards,

Pierre Vigo

Hi Pierre,

Check your OCI settings in Bugseye, maybe something is not transfer to SRM.

When you add a product to schopping basket click to 'view page source' and find following data:

<input type = "hidden" name = "NEW_ITEM-MANUFACTMAT[1]" value = "<data>">

<input type = "hidden" name = "NEW_ITEM-DESCRIPTION[1]" value = "<data>">

<input type = "hidden" name = "NEW_ITEM-MATGROUP[1]" value = "<data>">

<input type = "hidden" name = "NEW_ITEM-CUST_FIELD2[1]" value = "22">

<input type = "hidden" name = "NEW_ITEM-EXT_PRODUCT_ID[1]" value = "1000002698">

<input type = "hidden" name = "NEW_ITEM-LEADTIME[1]" value = "7">

<input type = "hidden" name = "NEW_ITEM-UNIT[1]" value = "PCE">

<input type = "hidden" name = "NEW_ITEM-QUANTITY[1]" value = "1.000">

<input type = "hidden" name = "NEW_ITEM-PRICE[1]" value = "0.700">

etc.

Hi Marcin,

Thanks for tip.

OCI mappings seems to be ok, everything is passed to SRM.

Strange thing - not all products have this error...

Try to use BBP_CATALOG_TRANSFER BADI.

I send you example code on your email address (its quite long).

This badi fills application log with all transfered fields and errors from external catalog.

Implement this code, activate it. Create a SC and go to slg1 for information.

I have implemented this log and I find error in unit of measure. Funny thing, this measure exist in CUNI but items with unit "piece" are not transferred in SRM.

Please help me.

Go to transaction CUNI and click on button "unit of measurment".

Find unit "piece" and check ALE/EDI ISO Code. If You don't have ISO code add it and check "primary code" checkbox.

Do not remember to deactivate this test BADI

Hi Pierre,

I think you didn't activate the log in SLG1 through the catalog configuration in SRM, as UOM is one of the criteria traced by the system in the log

Kind regards,

Yann
