HTTP request processing failed. SOAP adapter

Hi

I have a third party application that sends messages to the XI soap adapter. The application have a login module to handle the autentication. In the Default Trace I have this error message.

<i>User J2EE_GUEST, IP address

HTTP request processing failed. HTTP error [401] will be returned. The error is [Cannot authenticate the user.No details available].</i>

The user we uses to authenticate is not J2EE_GUEST, I have tried XISUPER and others, but the message is still the same.

Can anyone help?

are you using HTTP or HTTP SOAP ?

We got the same error with SOAP adapter...(T_T)
