Product XXX does not exist in plant YYY or it has been flagged for delete.

Hi Gurus,

I have replicate the material in my SRM, but when i create a shopping cart wiht a numeric product code, i see this error message "Product XXX does not exist in plant YYY or it has been flagged for delete.". The product is create for the plant YYY and is not flagged for delete, of course. When i create a shopping cart with a alphanumeric product code, i don't have any problem. The release of my SRM is 5.0 server 5.5.

In the SRM TCODE - COMCPRFORMAT:

Product ID Length is 18

Display Leading Zeros is checked

Save Lexicographically is checked

Leading Zeros for Internal No.Assignment is unchecked

In the R/3 TCODE - OMSL

Material no. length is 18

Lexicographical is checked

Leading zeros in unchecked

Hi Max,

I Think there is a error in leading zeros in material number.

In Your SRM system display leading zeros is checked but in backend - no.

Uncheck this checkbox in COMCPRFORMAT and try to create SC.

Hi Max,

I am using SRM50 and ECC60

In OMSL, except 18 digits mentionned, nothing else is flagged ( no lexico...) and everything is working well with alphanumeric and numeric items (goods and service) )

PS : with numeric value, do not flag lexico
