Hi Experts,
Would it be possible for purchase orders to be sent to requistioners through email once approved and not printed in printer.
Thanks in advance.
Best Regards
Sachin
Hi Sachin,
You have to customize it in SPRO -> Supplier Relationship Management -> SRM Server -> Cross-Application Basic Settings -> SAP Business Workflow -> Define Recipient of Notifications
find SC for initiator of WF and flag what you need.
If you enble sending mails from SAP system every message in the SAP Inbox will go to the respective user on his/her mail account.
For that you need to:
1. define additional parameter in profile instance:
PROT=SMTP, PORT=25, EXTBIND=1, TIMEOUT=900
2. activate SAPCONNECT (TCode SICF)
3. Tcode SCON - define node SMTP (specify mail server, port, codepage, internet as supported address, "*" as address area
4. define job for mail sending
5. assure that all users have e-mail in their master record
If your system is configured to send e-mails, then you need to check the attribute FORWARD_WI on PPOMA and then schedule a report RSWUWFMLEC to send E-mail notification for new work items.
