Hi,

While adding the mass users to a role,

It shown me a error message that

Inconsistency with address

Message no. 01022.

I found sap note related to it(94104) it. I ran the report RSADRCK2.

But the error is still occuring.....!!

plz suggest me, how to proceed to get thro' it.

Hello RK,

Try solving the inconsistency at the User level. Pick the user who is having this problem and try analysing it in SU01. Check for the address assigned to this one is still available or is an address assigned to him ?

If there are inconsistencies then try solving them out.

Earlier we had some strange issues with Company address and 164297 note solved a few of them.

I checked every user indivisually, no one is maintaing address data.

when i clicked on address tab, displayed pop window saying :

Old SAP Office data found for this user name. Do do u want to copy it to new user.

how it will effect address data?;
