Reports in SRM

Hi Sachin here,

Can you pl. suggest me if there is any report avilable in SRM for the following queries.

1) Report for POs with pending for Confirmation/GR.

2) Report for Who is the approver ( Name/ user ID) for the PO.

And can the requestor see who is the approver for a concerned PO.

Hi Sachin

There are no specific standard reports in SRM for your requirement.

You need to deveop custom reports for the same.

1. In the Check status section you can able to search the status for "Open for Confirmation".

In Confirm goods section you can search on time frame, product category, Product, Acct Assignment, Co. code.

2. No report available to check for all SCs.. You need to check the Approval preview link for each SC.

Requisitioner can see who is the approver in the chain in "Approval preview".

What workflow approvals you are talking. SC or PO.

I was refering to SC approval. After all approvals then only PO gets created.

Sorry i was not clear.

I was talking about PO approval.

Sc is clear and Po is in some of the steps of approval.

now requisitioner wants to see who is approver ( Name / User ID ).

Is this possible.

Hi Sachin,

For this, you have to give user the PO transaction in display mode.

You can activate filter restriction through badi to prevent user from displaying PO that do not belongs to them .
