Hello, Is there a possibility to print a Service Desk Message which is already confirmed (SolMan 4.0)?

Best regards, Stefan Blaser

Did you configure to send emails using attachments for confirmed messages? Perhaps you can goto SOST and from there view sent messages and print.

Hi

Go to CRM_DNO_MONITOR tcode and select status all.

You will get the list of all the messages with all status whether open or confirmed or in process.

Now you can just export the list to excel and print it.

Also if you want to print only confirmed one's in the status ...provide the status as completed in the crm_dno_monitor initial screen.

Please reward points.

Hi,

This is not the solution I was looking for.

When a Support Desk Message isn't closed yet, you are able to print the message by using an action definition when you are in change mode.

When a Support Desk Message is closed, you are not able to use this action defition, because you cannot access the actions when the Support Desk Message is in display mode.

Hi Remy,

For this you have to check in tcode

SPPFCADM

select crm_order go to action and profile tab

now here select action profile as SLFN0001_ADVANCED

select it and clict action def

Select SLFN0001_ADVANCED_PRINT and click display

Here set your options what you want to do when you want to print or not.for.eg.here might be in your case Processing time is set to processing when saving doc.

Or just create here an action which is copy of SLFN0001_ADVANCED_PRINT as z and customize it starting setting according to your requirement.

Please reward points if it helps.
