Hi,

We experience Memory Bottleneck problem in our SRM 5.5 with Internal ITS environment. We have applied the OSS note 742048, but continue to have the problem.

This problem was mentioned earlier in a previous thread of Disha and Yann ().

Yann/Disha,

Can you please help on this topic?

Disha,

Do you remember how you resolved this issue?

Many thanks

Hi Yann,

From SICF I have updated the "Session Timeout" value for the service BBPSTART. This seems to solve the problem.

We additionally had the "session does not exist" problem. This problem also seems to be resolved.

Many thanks

Emre,

What value did you set for "Session Timeout" for the service BBPSTART?

We are experincing the "memory bottle neck" problem.

Thanks,

Naing

Hi,

You can set the timeout parameter for all the ITS transactions in trascn RZ10.

Disha.

Hello,

try one of the following.

1.Please maintain the parameter for the ~DISCONNECTONCLOSE for the startup ITS service(either BBPGLOBAL or BBPSTART or to the service which you are seeing active in the SM04).

2. In the global.srvc file, remove the "exiturl" parameter from this file. This parameter might cause the problem of hanging processes.

3. Refer to the oss note 841941 - Incorrect ITS parameter in SICF

Best regards,

~Mani
