I have been applied the SPAM Ver 7 release 21 successfully. I am also applying the ABAP & BASIS patches from 6 - 9 in single short.
Since yesterday status is displaying "TBATG CREATION OF ENQUEUE OBJECTS" with clock moving.

Is the underlying transport program still running?
What does the Alertlog say?
