Syntax Error while applying OSS Note

Hi,

We were applying OSS Note 961372 on my NW2004s BI system (SP08) when I got this Error "Syntax error - Class CL_RSTRAN_STEP_MASTER,Method CHECK_ME".

I checked the program correction code manually and error looked to be a error in the supplied code. Has anyone faced any problem like this? Any suggestions towards how to solve this will be helpful.

Import Support Package 09 for SAP NetWeaver 2004s BI (BI Patch 09 or SAPKW70009) into your BI system.

The Support Package will become available once Note 914303 with the short text, "SAPBINews BI 7.0 SP09", which describes this Support Package in more detail, is released for customers.

We are planning to implement SP09 but that is likely to take some time. Is there any way to fix this error before going to SP09?
