Account statement - old form F140_ACC_STAT_01 - smartform / sapscript

Hi,

is there anyone who can help me to get a propper solution.

I want to transfer the old sapscript forms

F140_ACC_STAT_01

F140_ACC_STAT_02

F140_ACC_STAT_03

for account asignment/openitem list to smartforms.

Is there any standard smartform for this defined yet?

Additionally do I surely wish to change the print program to the forms.

I am very thankful for each hint, help or comment

I am not aware of any standard smartforms for these sapscript forms (at least not in 4.6C).

You can migrate the sapscript form to a smartform by going to transaction smartform. Then enter a name for your new smartform and click on utilities->migrate sapscript.

You will need to do some work in writing a new print program for the smartform.

thank you for your information.

The system is a ERP 5.0.

So smartforms should not be a problem.....but:

The sad thing is if you take a look at the customizing possiblilities within

FI (IMG--> Financial accounting -->accounts recievable and acc. payable

--> accounts payable --> line items --> correspondance....)

you would find a possiblilty to maintain smartforms at all, there are just

maintenance possibilities to sapscript forms ....

That is why I am so surprised....5.0 ..and no smartforms there in that FI area!

In ERP 6.0 you can choose wether you want to have sapscript forms (still) or PDF based forms (ADOBE). Still no smartforms....

Maybe that gives a better hint to the problem....
