Hi Ahmad,
You would need to give ur mail server's SMTP address. Gmail wudnt help.

on the receiver side in mail adpater,do i need to give the URL of the mail server of my company(SMTP) or i can give any URL like www.gmail.com?

Hey i m doing File to mail scenario,m just sending an XML file without any attachments to my mail account,the file is being picked up properly and in sxmb_moni the status is a chequered flag but i m not getting the file in my mail.
i m using URL as www.gmail.com and then my user id,is that right or i need to have a SMTP mail server?

Hi,
basically it's the same as file to file
the only difference is the mail adapter used
(so you have to set mail address, user etc)
