FTP adapter file size

hello!

i have a problem with my interface FILE(ftp) -> XI -> IDOC.

The size file are beetween 100 Kb and 20 Mb.

The interface work with file until 5 Mb but when he is bigger the CC don't pick the file.

I'm working with XI 3.0 SP 18.

Any suggestion?

Hi Alessandro,

We have had our file adapter picking files upto 10 MB with no issues, except that it takes a bit of time.

More of 10 minutes????

the 3 Mb files are elaborated in 10 sec., 5 Mb in 12 sec. and 10 Mb in more of 10 MINUTES?

Any suggestion?

how long did you wait ?

it should pick but you will have to wait very long...
