Creating Connection Between Business System and SLD

Hi all,

We have already created a default connection with integration server(Business System) with SLD(Default One).I have to create one more Business System with the existing SLD.

But in Central Integration Engine there are already existed RFC destinations with the names LCRSAPRFC and SAPSLDAPI of type TCP/IP for default Business System.

Can I give another names for the RFC destinations to the new Business System.

hi,

where do you create the business system ?

on the same server as XI machine?

if so you can use the same technical system

(business system is just an SAP client) and technical system is a SAP server

so if you just want to add another business

system you can do it directly in SLD

Yes I want to add another business system for ABAP proxies configuration.But in Integration engine(Receiver) side the RFC destinations(LCRSAPRFC and SAPSLDAPI) are created for the default Business system.Can I create the RFC destinations with another names for this Business System.

hi,

do you want to create proxies on the XI server (but only on different client)

or on different techincal system (different SAP server)?

BTW

remember that RFC destinations are cross client

so you can use same one if you connect to the same

destination on ever client
