Hi,
I am currently using device type CNSAPWIN for printing chinese characters. But I am not able to print the logo(graphics). There is an PCL XL error which appears. the printer I am using is HP Laserjet 3015. But when I change the device type to HPLJ4 or something and try printing, then it works. But I will not be able to print the chinese characters then. So is there anyway I can print the chinese characters as well as the logo.
But then the logo is printing when there is a different device type. When I changed it back to CNSAPWIN, the PCL XL error came up? So updating the drivers is all I need to do?

Hi,
PCL XL error is due to your improper Printer Driver. Jus update the printer driver to the latest and it will solve your problem. don't change the device types.
Feel free to revert back.
