Getting error when try to download in sp.com

When i try to download an item in

https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/downloads

I am getting the following error

thanks for your message. In order to solve the problem, our development team will not more details (and mainly which item were you trying to download). Please send a description of the problem with as many details as you can to sapnetwork@sap.com, which is the channel for addessing all bugs.
