In transaction SE80, you can choose the table and then right click and "Rename" I've done it quite often for tables that we have made ourselves just not SAP tables.

i have a option is copy this into target name and then delete the actual one but i did't find option to directly renaming .

and i am getting the rename option for program names like that

Sorry my mistake I wasn't thinking when I wrote that. Fields you can rename but the table itself you can make the copy but not rename.
