adr6 problem running bbpupdvd

Hi,

In our first load of vendors there were some vendors that missed e-mail, now when we have updated them with email in the back-end the bbpupdvd job dumps. Also I could not add any dummy email manuelly in BP (dummy mail to be replaced when the replication job runs). I know that I could insert the comm.method INT manuelly in se16 but that is not a option, I could also remove the adrsnr manuelly and create a new one but that is not an option either. We are talking about many vendors.

Anyone have any input on this? Thanks

Hello, you should update adr6 fields with a report, table but020 has the ralation between partner (field partner) and address number (field addr_number), in table adr6 you can update fields SMTP_ADDR and SMTP_SRCH with the dummy values for the records with key ADDRNUMBER and PERSNUMBER initial.

This would fill the e-mail address with the dummy value for the selected business partner.
