GS01/02/03/04 Create/Change/Display/Delete SETS

GS11/12/13/14 Create/Change/Display/Delete VARIABLES

GS32/33 Maintain/Display PREDEFINED COLUMNS

GR21/22/23/24 Create/Change/Display/Delete LIBRARIES

GR31/32/33/34 Create/Change/Display/Delete REPORTS

GR51/52/53/54/55 Create/Change/Display/Delete/Execute REPORT GROUPS

GR11/12/13/14 Create/Change/Display/Delete Standard LAYOUTS

Hi

We have a serios of tasks that can be handled in report painter

GR21 --- Creationg of Liabrary

GR51 --- Creation of Report Group

GR31--- Creation of a Report

GRR1 --- To combile all above things

Else Go to GR51 transaction under Menu we have "Report painter" in which you can find all the transaction codes relates a report painter.

Here are the T-codes for report painter..

GRR1 - Report painter - create report

GR55 - Execute report group.

Here are the details to setup a custom transaction for a Report Painter / Report Writer report.

SE93 - Maintain Transaction

Transaction Code = Zxxxxxx

Click on Create.

Short Text = Name of Report

Click on the radio button for 'Transaction with Parameters'

Press Enter.

Transaction = GR55

Parameters Window...

Parameter / Value

D_SREPOVARI-REPORTTYPE / RW

D_SREPOVARI-REPORT / <Your Report Group>

Click on Save.

Now you have a custom transaction for the report(s) in a report group.

Do you know if it is possible to setup security behind this Tcode so that only certain people can run it?
