testing web services through XML Spy

Hi,

I've exposed a web service from XI and now I'm trying to test it through XML Spy .

But while sending request, it is not asking for username and password and give error tht can post requrst to this URL........

So how to send username and password with the request?

Hi Piyush,

I usually don't work with XML spy (there are some light versions to test a soap reques), but doesn't the XML spy enables you to set the user and pass ? I think it does...

Got the reason.

XML SPY asks only for the first time for username and password. Rest of the time it takes same

Could it be that you Username/passwort is cached and the cache is not up to date?
