ITS error

Hi all

I have created a internet service for one of the abap report but when i start the service it give me the error as shown below. pls help if u can.

Service cannot be reached

What has happened?

URL http://dssdev.abc.com:8001/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/zuser_detail/ call was terminated because the corresponding service is not available.

Note

The termination occurred in system BD3 with error code 404 and for the reason Not found.

The selected virtual host was 0 .

What can I do?

Please select a valid URL.

If you do not yet have a user ID, contact your system administrator.

ErrorCode:ICF-NF-http-c:000-u:SAPSYS-l:E-i:SUN64_BD3_01-v:0-s:404-r:Notfound

Hello,

You should run SE80 to publish 'SYSTEM' internet service. You may also need to publish 'IAC' and/or 'WEBGUI'.(OSS Notes: 816973)

Hello,

It seems like the path of the service is not correct.

Ensure that you have performed the following steps :

1. Publish the service the site INTERNAL. In SE80, Goto->settings->Internet Transactions Server tab, you can check the publishing site.

2. In transaction SICF, locate the service zuser_detail in the path : SAP/BC/GUI/SAP/ITS. Right click on the service and click on test service.

yaa i have done that also....but i have received a step by step doc in this. so thank for uor help Klaus.

Hi Pavan

We are also having same issue. But instead of your Z programme we are using ZWE1 program.

Can you give more details how did you resolve or what steps have you taken to resolve it
