ADS FP_TEST_00 no response

hi,

when I test report FP_PDF_TEST_00. it's ok

when I check rfc ADS. it's ok

when I test FP_TEST_00. The session still active but I can reveive hang and nothing arrive.

I should cancel transaction. no trace .

the program attemps reponse in function module HTTP_READ_SC when call

system-call plugin

id 'HTTP' value 'Receive'

id 'Name' value connection-name

id 'EntityFields' table fields_dummy[]

id 'EntityCookies' table cookies_dummy[]

id 'EntityContentType' value content_type_dummy

id 'EntityContentName' value content_name_dummy

id 'EntityState' value state_dummy

But In visual administrator consol. I show

information Non-secure Adobe Document Services request received.

warning Trace could not be found in request strings.

Anybody have an idee ?

th system in 64 bit but SAP support only 32 bit.

Hi Stephane,

Can you try the following? I am not sure whether this will resolve your issue or not.

Did you activate the fp service from the SICF transaction?

If not, go to transaction SICF and execute and go to the below path.

<b>/default_host/sap/bc/</b> --> double click on service <b>fp</b>

In the fp service screen click CHANGE and go to Logon Data Tab

Enter Client ,User and Password and save it and Test it again.

Thanks for your idee.

The fp is still active. But I try using longon Data. But nothing change.

Another idee ?

Hello,

Can you please make sure your plattform, where the ADS is installed is a supported plattform: http://service.sap.com/PAM

I have seen cases where this hanging situation was due to non-supported plattform.
