sometimes just hitting the Refresh button in SOLAR_PROJECT_ADMIN > System Landscape > Change Request can solve this issue.

Hello.

I had precisely same problem. Check a system landscape. It is necessary that the controller domain of taret system was in the same system for which you are trying to use ChaRM.

Hi Darshan,

you said your shipment routes are correct, have you build the inter domain link ?

Also please check, does your project has an IMG-project with CTS-project assigned ?

Are all logical systems which are in the logical components of your project properly configured in TMS ?

Is always one productive system in one logical component ?

Are your transport routes client specific defined ?
