After kernel Update ( NW 2004s) to SP - I have trouble with TP.
tp connect <SID> pf=<Path><TransportProfile> say:

Firstly, try to open a message with SAP about the problem at hand (alongwith information on your current patch level) and see what they say.
To download latest version of the kernel, you can visit service.sap.com/patches -> Entry by Application Group -> Additional Components -> ...
You can download your relevent kernel and SPAM/SAINT updates from there.
