Dealing with Matching

Hi,

If you run a matching strategy against 200.000 records, you get a lof of results. In the data-manager, I would expect to be able to restrict to view only those records that are having at least 1 match with a certain score.

In the Data Manager manual, this is even mentioned ( page 472 : There is also a search tab corresponding to the [Class] column and free-form search parameters corresponding to the [Count] and [Score] columns, which allow you to filter based on which records have matches that may require merging. )

However, my data manager, does not have these search panes...

Any idea?

Hi Dirk,

Try by giving <b>expression</b> in free form search using [Class] and [Score] as per your requirement.

One alternate solution is that use the SP03 method for match ing.It shows the match rate and class fields in the search pane.

It might help you.Let me know the results.
