I copied medruck to zmedruck.

changed the logo.

attached the print program sapfm06p to zmedruck using nace?

My problem is now how to execute the zmedruck form ?

How to run the print program?

Can anybody please tell me? do the needful

Hi bala,

step 1 --> go to tcode --> <b>NACE</b> -->

click application EF-> assing ur modified FORM

and PROGRAM under NEU output type( for this get ur functional consultant help) and save it.

step 2-- > go to Tcode --> <b>ME9F</b>

give ur configure test data (ie) <b>Document number</b> and

<b> message type</b> under message data block and execute it

step 3 -->click the related check box and click <b>display message in application tool bar</b>

try it..

u can see the output

Hello,

U have to add the program and the modified form in the NACE to an output type.

Next using the new out put type, in the transaction mee2n give a po number.

Next in the tool bar u have Goto -> Messages

In that screen u have to give the new out put type and medium and partner.

Once this is done u can save and go back check the print preview.

Follow the above steps and let me know if u face any problem,

2. using nace transaction i added sapfm06p print program to zmedruck_11.

3. next what i have to do (you said open me21)

4. i dont know further please tell me steps to execute program and see the output

using transaction ME22N.

enter the purchase order number.

menu bar

purchase order--->save and output click.

now in screen put ut output type NEU there.

NEU Purchase order Print output VN 30186 EN

save

now see the print priview.

U have the out put type am right.

1.In me22 give any purchase order no and click enter.

2.In Menu bar u have Goto.Under goto u have messages option click that.

3.Once u click messages u will be guided to next screen.

4.In that screen the mandatory fields are

Out put type

Medium

Partner

So enter these fields and save .

Come back select print privew,in that it will ask for output type .

Follow the above process and let me know if u face any problem.
