At the end of installing the NW 2004s ABAP Trial Version from DVD, an error occured (error code 200 in the log-file). As one result, there is an entry in the registry referring to the SAP system. As another result, neither in the start menu nor in the control panel there is an uninstall button or anything else. How can I uninstall the ABAP Trial Version?
Thanks for help

Anselm,
As Manfred and Roland have said you need to run the two registry clean tools after deleting the SAP and SAPDB directories. Also, you might like to check the following directory as any files that remained in there caused problems when I tried to reinstall the Netweaver preview:
c:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\Universal\SAP\
Good luck,
JB

Hi,
to get rid of Sap DB / MaxDB registry settings, use cleanup.exe from the attachment.

hi Anselm
to get rid of the fragments of the broken installation, you just have to drop the directories 'SAP' and 'sapdb' and then run <a href="http://www.sdn.sap.comhttp://www.sdn.sap.comhttp://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/softwaredownload?download=/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/com.sap.km.cm.docs/business_packages/a1-8-4/nw/regcleantools.rar">registry clean tool</a>.
regards, Manfred
