is there a possibility to implement special Searchhelps for classification-fields on a DIR in EasyDMS ?

Hi,

you can create documentation for each characteristic,but this docu is only shown in SAP GUI not in Easy DMS.

Hello Dieter,

I don't think it's possible to create you own search-help in EasyDMS but using allowed values in Classification,you will receive an input box where you can choose the values that you can select.

If this solution doesn't fit your needs, you have another possibility but you will have to code.

Hello Dieter,

If you have value heirarchy for a characteristic then search help is button is shown in SAP Propeties dialog in EasyDMS.

You can go for customer specific addins to have your own search helps. You need to contact SAP custom development or solution management people for more information on this...

I don't know the difference between easydms and DMS but with DMS you can search through classification with t-code CV04N
